Description
A delicious and refreshing frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 680 g (3 cups) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey or maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp) pure vanilla extract
- 150 g (1 cup) strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
- 85 g (3 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- a pinch of fine sea salt
- Optional: 15 g (2 tbsp) toasted chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
Instructions
- Line a 30 x 23 cm (12 x 9 in) baking sheet with parchment and slice strawberries thinly; drain for 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth, adding a pinch of salt.
- Spoon the yogurt onto the prepared sheet and smooth into an even rectangle about 4–6 mm thick.
- Scatter drained strawberry slices over the yogurt and sprinkle with nuts if using.
- Melt dark chocolate and drizzle it over the yogurt using a spoon.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Ensure the strawberries are well-drained to prevent sogginess.
