  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (or Xylitol for sugar-free.)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (Consider sugar-free for a healthier option.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan or mini muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together your chosen milk, vinegar, oil, and pure vanilla extract until smooth and frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until evenly blended.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan cavities about ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
