Slimming World Irish Stew Recipe

Although traditionally a mutton dish, Irish stew is now more commonly made with lamb (which is much easier to come by). This rustic, two-step stew couldn’t be easier. Just toss in your lamb, chunky vegetables and stock, then let it work its magic on the hob for two hours. The end result is meltingly tender lamb and delicious vegetables in a delicious, thick gravy, the perfect cold weather warmer.

4 celery sticks, roughly chopped
900 ml of hot chicken broth
1 level tablespoon of chicken sauce granules
