Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon grass, crushed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, lemon grass, mint, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea and serve hot or chilled.
  5. Add honey if desired.
