Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon grass, crushed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add ginger, lemon grass, mint, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and serve hot or chilled.
- Add honey if desired.
