Ingredients

  • 1 box biscuit mix (Red Lobster Cheddar Bay style)
  • 1 cup shrimp (Cooked salad shrimp)
  • 1 cup crab meat (Lump or imitation)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (Softened)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Binder)
  • 1 stalk celery (Finely diced)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay (Seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (Parsley or dill)
  • 6 slices cheese (Havarti or Swiss)
  • 2 tbsp butter (Melted)

Instructions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool slightly and slice in half.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, celery, shrimp, and crab in a bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture onto bottom biscuit halves. Top with a slice of cheese and the biscuit lid.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts.
