These savory Shrimp Crab Melts feature a creamy, herb-infused seafood salad stuffed inside warm garlic cheddar biscuits and baked until the cheese is melted and gooey.

- 1 box biscuit mix (Red Lobster Cheddar Bay style)
- 1 cup shrimp (Cooked salad shrimp)
- 1 cup crab meat (Lump or imitation)
- 4 oz cream cheese (Softened)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Binder)
- 1 stalk celery (Finely diced)
- 1 tsp Old Bay (Seasoning)
- 1 tbsp herbs (Parsley or dill)
- 6 slices cheese (Havarti or Swiss)
- 2 tbsp butter (Melted)
Instructions
- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool slightly and slice in half.
- Mix cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, celery, shrimp, and crab in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture onto bottom biscuit halves. Top with a slice of cheese and the biscuit lid.
- Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm immediately.
