Instructions
- Gather oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, cold brew concentrate, and milk into a jar.
- Mix well by stirring or shaking the jar vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- After chilling, stir and adjust sweetness or coffee strength as desired.
- Top with crunchy elements like granola just before serving.
