Instructions
- Slice the sausage, onion, and bell peppers. Mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add rice to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Pour in chicken broth and return the sausage to the skillet.
- Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
