German reports have linked Sadio Mane with a surprise return to the Premier League
German media sources claim that Bayern Munich wants to sell Sadio Mane to Newcastle in the summer.
Mane left Liverpool for Bayern Munich last summer, but his time in Germany has not been successful.
The club are trying to convince the player to leave, according to Die Bayern Woche, German network Sport1 (via Inside Futbol ).
They also expect to receive a bid for him from Newcastle United, who have enjoyed an outstanding season and earned a place in the Champions League.
His high wages could be a problem for the Bundesliga club, as well as limiting his potential suitors, but Newcastle should be able to afford him given the financial resources of the Saudi Arabian owners.
A report from BILD has linked Mane with Manchester United and Newcastle, but Sadio Mane remains a Liverpool fans’ favorite and it will be interesting to see if he wants to play for another Premier League club and possibly take a risk some fans.
