Description
A quick and easy cheesy sausage and tomato dip that can be prepared in a crock pot, on the stovetop, or in the microwave.
Ingredients

- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can salsa-style tomatoes
- 16 ounces cubed Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground sausage over medium heat.
- Add it to a crock pot with the taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, salsa-style tomatoes, and Velveeta cheese. Cover and turn to high heat.
- Cook for 2 hours or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
Notes
- Use your preferred type of ground sausage.
- Substitute with other cheese if desired.
