- 6–8 sheets Rice paper sheets
- 0 cups Warm water
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the Rice Paper: Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Soak each rice paper sheet for 15–30 seconds, just until they are pliable (not soggy). Lay them on a clean towel and gently pat dry.
- Season the Sheets: While the rice paper is still slightly damp, evenly sprinkle your chosen seasoning over the surface. Gently press the seasoning into the paper with clean hands to help it stick. Let rest for 1–2 minutes before air frying.
- Preheat and Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the rice paper sheets in a single layer (a little overlap is fine). Air fry for 4–6 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp. Remove and let cool on a wire rack for about 30 seconds.
- Break and Serve: Break into chip-sized pieces. Serve immediately for the ultimate crunch! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
