Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka (or cake-flavored vodka)
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (or cream liqueur)
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva-style)
  • 2 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops red food coloring (adjust for deeper color)
  • 1 cup ice (for shaking)
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp red velvet cake crumbs
  • 1 tsp chocolate shavings (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (for drizzle or rim)

Instructions

  1. Add Liquids: Pour vodka, white chocolate liqueur, chocolate liqueur, cream, vanilla, and food coloring into a shaker.
  2. Shake Hard: Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker feels icy cold.
  3. Strain Smooth: Strain into the chilled martini glass (leave a little space at the top).
  4. Top Cream: Add whipped cream and sprinkle with red velvet crumbs and chocolate shavings. Serve right away.
