Ingredients

- 12 ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed recommended)
Instructions
- Add the raspberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice into a high-powered blender such as a Vitamix.
- Start the blender at a low speed and gradually increase until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove raspberry seeds, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Transfer the strained mixture to a container and refrigerate. Chill for at least 4 to 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set into a sorbet texture.
- Scoop the chilled sorbet into bowls or glasses and enjoy immediately as a refreshing fruity dessert.
