Rabil joins the WSJ Standards and Ethics team

Sarah Rabil joined The Wall Street Journal’s standards and ethics team as an editor.

He was the editor of the Work & Life team. Previously, she was Assistant Editor-in-Chief for Talent.

Rabil led external and internal recruiting efforts, working with hiring managers and other senior editors to ensure that the WSJ newsroom is diverse, inclusive and welcoming. Rabil joined the Journal in 2015 as deputy bureau chief for media and marketing.

He used to work As a Bloomberg News media reporter, he edited and oversaw a global column analyzing mergers and acquisitions and was team leader for North America media and telecommunications.

He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.
