A quick and healthy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this casserole combines ground beef, cheese, and vegetables for a delicious low-carb meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz provolone cheese, torn
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking for about 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soften cream cheese into the meat mixture, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, layer with provolone pieces, then top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
