- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- Optional: Flavorings like vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Crush your cookie choice in a food processor until they reach a crumb-like consistency.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with dairy-free cream cheese. Mix until thick dough forms.
- Shape about 20g of the mixture for the larger body and 7g for the head; stack them to form snowmen.
- Chill the snowmen in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and keep it smooth.
- Dip the chilled truffles in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with melted contrasting chocolate and sprinkles.
- Chill again for 5 minutes to set the decorations.
- Serve on a festive plate and enjoy!
