Ingredients

- 3–4 lb chuck roast
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (1 oz) packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pats
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, drained, with juice reserved
Instructions
- Place chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Arrange butter pats on top of the roast.
- Pour the reserved juice from the pepperoncini peppers over the roast.
- Add the drained pepperoncini peppers.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Rest the roast for 10-15 minutes after cooking before shredding.
