  • 2 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 2 tbsp Chili Oil (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Hot Noodle Water
  • Spring Onions (to serve)
  • Crushed Peanuts (to serve)
  • Chili Oil (to serve)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, ginger, miso paste, chili oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and hot noodle water.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically for around 4-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss until every strand is generously coated.
  4. Plate your Miso Chili Noodles, topping with spring onions, crushed peanuts, and an extra drizzle of chili oil.
