- 12 slices American cheese (or 2 cups shredded cheddar)
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Rest 2 minutes, then cut along roll lines into 12 mini sliders. Serve warm.
- Layer: Put the bottom slab on a baking sheet. Cover evenly with cheese (overlap slices if needed).
- Top: Place the top slab back on, aligning the rolls. Press gently.
- Butter: Mix melted butter and garlic powder (add parsley if using). Brush generously over the top.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Cut: Rest 2 minutes, then cut along roll lines into 12 mini sliders. Serve warm.
