Lemon Blueberry Bar Ingredients
For the shell.
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of Truvia dough mix
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of light butter, cold
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat buttermilk
For the lemon filling.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 8 tablespoons of Truvia dough mix

- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries

How to make lemon blueberry bars
Step 1: Gather and prepare all the ingredients.
