- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 oz crumbled bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until browned, then drain the excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked beef mixture, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and chopped pickles.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
