Description

A savory low-carb casserole that combines all the delicious flavors of a traditional cheeseburger.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 oz crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until browned, then drain the excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooked beef mixture, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and chopped pickles.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
