Cabbage soup

1 Proteins
2 Vegetables
1 Food supplement

Suitable for Freedom and FastTrack patients

1 serving of chicken breast, shrimp, ham or pork
1 glass of water
2/3 cabbage (chopped)
1/3 cup celery, onion and pepper combination (chopped)
1 small tomato (blanched, peeled and chopped)
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 MWLC Cream of Tomato or Cream of Chicken Soup nutritional supplement

Boil egg whites, garlic, pepper, onion, celery and cabbage in a cup of water until soft. Add cream of tomato or cream of chicken soup and stir until dissolved. Add the diced tomatoes and serve.
