  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and opaque.
