When making this recipe, it’s important to prepare the cauliflower properly. This can be done by chopping it by hand or you can use a food processor to do it for you. Then you need to steam it for a few minutes on the stove or using a microwave oven. Once the cauliflower is cooked, pat it dry with paper towels before adding it to your bread mixture. After mixing the ingredients, bake the mixture in the oven.

Once cooked, it is ready to serve. One idea we love is using these bread slices as mini pizza bases. It holds its shape really well, and toasting it brings the bread back to life like it’s fresh out of the oven.
