- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder

- 5 teaspoons fresh garlic ground
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Performance
1. Measure and prepare all the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Microwave riced cauliflower for 3-4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower rice by adding a small amount to a tea towel and wringing it out. Do this until all the cauliflower rice is drained.
