  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt (Use vegan yogurt for dairy-free.)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh is best.)
  • 1 clove Additional Garlic (Minced for flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Mediterranean Chicken Patties. Chop fresh parsley finely and mince the garlic to enhance the flavor.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to combine the ingredients thoroughly until well mixed, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking and shape the chicken mixture into patties approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
  5. Place formed patties on a plate or cutting board without touching.
