Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients for the Mediterranean Chicken Patties. Chop fresh parsley finely and mince the garlic to enhance the flavor.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to combine the ingredients thoroughly until well mixed, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking and shape the chicken mixture into patties approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Place formed patties on a plate or cutting board without touching.
