1. Visit the KUCCPS website www.kuccps.net and click on the Student Portal link.
2. Log in with your KCSE index number and username and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking Forgot password.
3. Once logged in, you will see your personal details and KCSE performance. Check that they are correct and update them if necessary.
4. Click on the Application/Review tab to access the online application form.
5. Select the level of study you wish to apply for: Degree, Diploma, Certificate or Vocational.
6. Select your preferred program from the list of available programs. You can use the search function or filter by institution, cluster, minimum grade or subject requirements.
7. Enter your program code in the appropriate box and click Add Program.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you have filled in all your choices. You can make up to six choices for degree programs, four choices for diploma programs, four choices for certificate programs, and four choices for vocational programs.
