- 15 oz chili with beans
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
- Optional sliced jalapeños
- Optional green onions
- Optional chopped olives
- Optional sour cream
- Optional chopped cilantro
- As needed tortilla chips or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature or microwave it for 10–15 seconds.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly across the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
- Add the chili on top and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chili generously.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
- Remove from oven, add optional toppings like jalapeños or sour cream.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
