Description
This viral Hawaiian Roll Garlic Bread is the ultimate sweet and savory side dish. Soft sweet rolls are stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese and brushed with a rich herb garlic butter.

- 1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count, keep connected)
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (Block style, shredded)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (Minced finely)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 tsp salt (Seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (Seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut deep slits between the rolls without slicing all the way through.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts between the rolls.
- Whisk melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the rolls and top with parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, optionally with extra garlic butter or marinara for dipping.
