Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count, keep connected)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (Block style, shredded)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (Minced finely)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (Seasoning)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (Seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut deep slits between the rolls without slicing all the way through.
  3. Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts between the rolls.
  4. Whisk melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the rolls and top with parmesan.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot, optionally with extra garlic butter or marinara for dipping.
