Description

Create festive Halloween Candy Corn Jello Cups. These are layered jello desserts that mimic the look of candy corn. They are sweet, colorful, and perfect for a kid-friendly Halloween treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) yellow jello (or two 3-ounce boxes)
  • 1 (6-ounce) orange jello (or two 3-ounce boxes)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • Optional garnish: Candy Corns
  • Optional garnish: Cool Whip or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 cups of boiling water with the yellow jello until dissolved. Stir in 1½ cups cold water.
  2. Pour into cups, filling each ⅓ full. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  3. Mix orange jello with 2 cups boiling water, then stir in 1½ cups cold water. Let cool to room temp.
  4. Pour orange jello gently over yellow layer, filling cups ⅔ full. Refrigerate 1 hour until set.
  5. In a bowl, combine condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water.
  6. Soften unflavored gelatin in ½ cup cold water for 3 minutes, then dissolve with ½ cup boiling water. Add to milk mixture and stir.
  7. Cool mixture, then pour over orange layer. Chill 1–2 hours until firm.
  8. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream and garnish with candy corn before serving.

Notes

  • Place cups on a baking sheet before moving to the refrigerator for easy handling.
  • Always let each layer cool before pouring to avoid melting the one below.
  • Best served chilled the day of the party for maximum freshness.
