  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Rock Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Red Chili
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1/4 lemon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Begin by thoroughly rinsing the fresh squid tubes under cold water and score the tops in a crisscross pattern.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and grill the squid for about 2 minutes on each side until charred.
  3. Lower the heat and sauté garlic and red chili in the same skillet until golden, then stir in parsley.
  4. Toss the grilled squid in the garlic-chili mixture, then squeeze lemon juice over and serve immediately.
