- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Red Chili
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1/4 lemon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Begin by thoroughly rinsing the fresh squid tubes under cold water and score the tops in a crisscross pattern.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and grill the squid for about 2 minutes on each side until charred.
- Lower the heat and sauté garlic and red chili in the same skillet until golden, then stir in parsley.
- Toss the grilled squid in the garlic-chili mixture, then squeeze lemon juice over and serve immediately.
