- 2 cups Brewed green tea
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
- 1 cup Hot water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with hot water, whisking until fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, pour in the cooled brewed green tea along with fresh lemon juice, honey, and grated ginger. Stir gently over low heat until warmed.
- Once warmed, take your mixture off the heat and strain it through a fine mesh sieve.
- Gradually whisk the dissolved gelatin mixture into your green tea blend. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Carefully pour the liquid into silicone molds or a shallow dish of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the gummies to set firmly.
- After chilling, gently remove the gummies from the molds or cut them into small squares if using a dish.
- Finally, place your delightful gummies in an airtight container and stash them in the fridge.
