  • 1/4 cup Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
  • 1 cup Hot water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with hot water, whisking until fully dissolved. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, pour in the cooled brewed green tea along with fresh lemon juice, honey, and grated ginger. Stir gently over low heat until warmed.
  3. Once warmed, take your mixture off the heat and strain it through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Gradually whisk the dissolved gelatin mixture into your green tea blend. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  5. Carefully pour the liquid into silicone molds or a shallow dish of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the gummies to set firmly.
  6. After chilling, gently remove the gummies from the molds or cut them into small squares if using a dish.
  7. Finally, place your delightful gummies in an airtight container and stash them in the fridge.
