  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups crispy fried onions, divided
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of celery soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in drained green beans and 2/3 cup of the crispy onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining onions over top, and bake another 5 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve warm.
