- Repeat layers: Add more dipped ladyfingers, then another third of the mascarpone mixture.
- Pipe topping: Use remaining mascarpone mixture to pipe decorative swirls on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Garnish and serve: Dust with cinnamon and add gingerbread cookies if desired.
