- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss again to ensure even coating.
- Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
