Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  8. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings.
  9. Toss the wings in the sauce until they are well coated.
