Description
Discover the delight of Garlic Herb Lobster Tails, a simple yet gourmet dish perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 tails lobster (weighing 5–6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (to control saltiness)
- 2 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using sharp kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of each lobster shell from the body to the tail fins. Gently pry the shell open, pulling the raw lobster meat up to rest on top.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously brush half of the garlic herb butter over the exposed meat.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic herb butter from the saucepan over the top of each tail and serve immediately.
