These Frozen Chocolate Banana Ghost Pops are the perfect blend of spooky and sweet! Made with just four ingredients, they’re a quick, fun Halloween treat the whole family can enjoy.

- 1 medium banana (firm, not overripe)
- 1 cup white chocolate (good quality)
- 8 mini chocolate chips (for ghost eyes)
- 4 popsicle sticks
- Wax paper (for lining tray)
Instructions
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then again crosswise to make four quarters.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each banana piece and place on a wax paper-lined tray.
- Freeze bananas until solid, about 1 hour.
- Melt white chocolate in a coffee mug using 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between.
- Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate and scrape off excess from the back.
- Place on tray and quickly add mini chocolate chips for eyes before the coating hardens.
- Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
- Serve frozen and enjoy!

- Use firm bananas for best results.
- You can add crushed graham crackers for a spooky “dirt” effect.
