Description

These Frozen Chocolate Banana Ghost Pops are the perfect blend of spooky and sweet! Made with just four ingredients, they’re a quick, fun Halloween treat the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium banana (firm, not overripe)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (good quality)
  • 8 mini chocolate chips (for ghost eyes)
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • Wax paper (for lining tray)

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then again crosswise to make four quarters.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana piece and place on a wax paper-lined tray.
  3. Freeze bananas until solid, about 1 hour.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a coffee mug using 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between.
  5. Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate and scrape off excess from the back.
  6. Place on tray and quickly add mini chocolate chips for eyes before the coating hardens.
  7. Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Serve frozen and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use firm bananas for best results.
  • You can add crushed graham crackers for a spooky “dirt” effect.
  • Get creative with sprinkles or coconut flakes for extra Halloween flair.
