- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup beef broth

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and fresh thyme to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Push the onions to the side of the skillet and place the seasoned chicken breasts in the center. Brown chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes each.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the chicken and onions.
- Sprinkle Gruyère and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the chicken and onions.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
