Folic acid is the natural form of vitamin B9 found in foods, which plays an important role in healthy growth and development. If you’re on your own pregnancy journey, it’s an especially important nutrient for prenatal and postpartum women, so load up.

Here’s what’s in it…

Composition:

  • Cabbage massaged with maple citrus dressing
  • Cooked quinoa
  • Fried asparagus
  • Orange slices
  • Sliced ​​radish and cucumber
  • Avocado sliced
  • Boiled eggs
  • Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • Roasted almonds

Method:

To assemble, first toss the kale with the maple citrus dressing. Then layer on cooked quinoa, pan-roasted asparagus, orange slices, radishes and cucumbers, sliced ​​avocado and poached eggs. Top with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and toasted almonds.
