  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. If using a blender, break it into chunks first.
  2. Mix in the cottage cheese and eggs until fully combined.
  3. Stir in baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and oat flour (if using). Let rest for 3–5 minutes to thicken.
