That’s how the basic dropshipping business model works, and Syncee’s goal is to make the process easier by offering a solution for easy and efficient product fulfillment.
This means that businesses can focus their efforts and time on marketing and selling the products, instead of having to worry about slow shipping times and product quality.

1. A large marketplace of products and suppliers
Let’s jump into the main feature of Syncee which is the marketplace.
This is where you will search for the products and suppliers, and integrate Syncee with Alibaba.
Syncee’s marketplace is divided into three different main categories, Search Products, Find Suppliers, and Search Products from Alibaba.
Depending on your needs, you should start with one of these.
If you’re not sure what you can do with each one of them, don’t worry. We will go through them now.
Let’s start with the Search products page!
Search Products page
As the name says, Syncee’s search products page is the place for finding new products.
Syncee has a selection of over six million unique products, and those products are divided into different categories. The main categories include:
- Home & Garden
- Toys & Hobbies
- Health & Beauty
- Computer & Office
- Mobile Phones & Accessories
- Sports & Entertainment
- Pet Supplies
- Food & Drink
- Mother & Kids
- Gift & Gadgets
- Automobiles & Motorcycles
You’ve got a lot to choose from! You can either choose one of the categories and browse the products or do a more specific search for products like ‘Red dress’.
If you decide to go with the search, you can choose from different filters like product language, shipping type, stock status, and price.
If you scroll down a bit, you will find more categories that include things like ‘Bestsellers of the week,’ ‘Most popular categories’, and other niche-specific categories.
When you scroll through different categories, you can see the basic info about each product quickly, and add it to your catalog if you want.
To learn more about a product, you can click on it and go to the product page.
This is what each product page usually looks like:
Let’s go through what you can find on each product page. We will use this ‘Dish Soap Set’ from Plantish as an example:
- Supplier info. On each product page, you can see who the supplier is, go to their supplier page, and contact them in case you have something to ask.
- Add product to catalog. If you want to add your product to the online store, you can do it by clicking this button.
- Product images. When selecting a product to sell, you also get product images that you can use for your product pages and advertising.
- Pricing. For each product, you can see the supplier price, profit, and retail price.
- Available variants. Under the pricing section, you can see the different variants for the product, and how many pieces the supplier has in stock.
- Shipping info. One of the most important parts, the shipping info shows you how long the shipping times are for each country, and what countries the supplier ships to.
- Product description. A lot of suppliers provide you with sales text in the description as well as other information about the product, such as care tips and ingredients.
- Recommended products. You can also find recommended products on the product page if you scroll down.
That’s pretty much it in terms of the product pages.
What we especially appreciate about the product pages is that for each product, you can contact the supplier itself if you have any questions.

Find Suppliers page
While the ‘Search products’ page is great for finding a specific product, the ‘Find Suppliers’ page is ideal for finding suppliers for multiple different products.
For example, if you want to start a niche store under the Home & Garden niche, you might look for a supplier who has a variety of products in that niche.
There is a variety of information available for all suppliers, including reviews, supplier details, available products, and countries where they ship.
This is where you can also contact the supplier if you have any questions for them.

Alibaba Search Products and integration page
Definitely one of the stand-out features of Syncee is its direct integration with Alibaba.
By connecting your Syncee account with Alibaba, you will be able to add products to your online store directly from Alibaba.
Simply log in with your Alibaba account from Syncee’s Alibaba integrations page, and you’ll be able to start browsing the products.
There are millions of products to choose from. With a quick glance, we found all of the most popular dropshipping products out there.
And when you want to integrate these products into your store, just click the ‘Add to Import List.’
The products will appear on your Syncee Alibaba import list, from where you can customize the product page and finally, add it to your online store.
If you want to dropship directly from Alibaba, then this is a great feature for you!
2. High-quality suppliers
During our review of Syncee, we paid a lot of attention to the quality of the available suppliers
Syncee makes sure that all of the suppliers have to go through a review process, and they have to have inventory in a physical location to be able to join the platform. This ensures that customers receive their products in good condition and on time.
We also looked at the reviews of users of Syncee, and we couldn’t find any complaints about the quality of the products.
This proves the point that Syncee focuses on selecting high-quality suppliers, which is great to see.
3. Product catalogs
We’ve gone through the marketplace, product pages, and supplier info, but how easy is it to upload the products into your online store?
It’s quite easy, to be honest!
Once you have browsed products and clicked on ‘Add to catalog’ on the ones you liked, they will appear on your ‘My catalogs page.’
When you are sourcing products, you can create different catalogs for different products.
For example, you can create and put all the gardening products you found under a ‘Garden’ catalog and all home decor products under a ‘Home decor’ catalog.
This is great because just by clicking on the ‘Sync’ button, you can add all of the products to your online store in bulk.
If you have the free plan, this is where your luck ends, since you cannot sync products with it.
If you click on the catalog, you will get to the catalog page, where you can find additional information, such as all the product listings, importing status, settings, and pricing.
Overall, Syncee’s product catalog feature is easy to use, and the most beneficial feature was probably the bulk upload, which saves time from any manual work.
4. Order analytics
While Syncee’s order analytics are not the greatest, they are worth noting.
From the ‘Order analytics’ page, you can see the total quantity of orders done, total revenue, and total profit. These can be filtered by date as well.
The admin dashboard home page has some additional analytics too, including product importing info, total sales, and your top best selling items.
Available analytics is definitely an area, where Syncee could improve, but on the other hand, it’s designed to be a supplier platform, so analytics should not be expected to be exceptional.
5. Order management
Syncee has its dedicated section for managing orders and payments.
It’s divided into two pages, ‘Marketplace orders’, and ‘Alibaba orders’.
On these pages, you can see all of your customer orders.
You can also search for orders, suppliers, and the status of the order.
How do order processing and payment work?
Syncee has two options for order processing and payment:
- Auto order. When a customer places an order, you pay directly to the supplier on Syncee. This can be done one by one or in a bulk.
- Non-auto order. Some suppliers don’t have the auto-order feature, and then you have to go to the supplier’s website and fulfill the orders from there.
When you browse for the products, you will see that some of the suppliers have the auto-order feature, and some do not. If it’s crucial for you, and you want to save time, look for suppliers that have it.
When doing this review, we noticed that most of the suppliers have the Auto order feature, so it’s not something you should worry about.
6. Good integrations with different ecommerce platforms
One additional great thing about Syncee is its integrations with multiple different ecommerce platforms.

As you can see, Syncee integrates with all of the major ecommerce platforms, which is great for store owners on different platforms.

7. Ability to manage multiple stores
On top of having extensive integrations, you can manage multiple stores under one Syncee account.
You can either change your shop from the ‘My shops’ page or when you log in to Syncee, you can select your shop from the home page of the admin dashboard.
For example, if you have one store under Shopify, and two stores under Ecwid, this feature is great for you. It’s beneficial for agency owners too if they have to manage multiple stores at once.
8. Great customer support
Syncee offers both live chat and email support, that anyone can access, even with the free plan.
During our testing, we wanted to try their live chat. Syncee states that you usually get a reply within a few minutes during their working hours.
We got an answer within one minute using their live chat.
This is definitely helpful to know if you appreciate good customer support, and think you might need help with things such as integrations, or order fulfillment.
Syncee also has an extensive help center, that goes through all of the different features available and how they work.
What we liked about it, is that they update it all the time, and they seem to really care about their users.
That was a long list of pros for Syncee!
But what are some of the cons of the platform? Let’s go through those next. We will try to highlight everything we found that could be improved.
If you want to get started selling with Syncee, you have to select one of their paid plans.
1. The free plan is limited
The free plan is only suitable for browsing the platform. For example, you can’t Sync products into your online store with the free plan.
All of the integrations can be done with the free plan as well, but again they are only suitable for browsing.
Luckily, Syncee does have a free trial for their paid plans, so if you want to try out selling with them, you can start with the free trial.
2. The return policy differs based on your supplier
Syncee leaves refunds entirely at the supplier’s responsibility. So, some suppliers may offer great policies, and others not so much.
This is something you have to take into account when choosing the supplier. Once you’ll start getting orders coming in, there will almost surely be some refunds, so knowing the refund policy of your supplier is crucial.
It can also affect your profit margins.
3. It’s a middleman
Just like Spocket, Syncee connects suppliers with dropshippers and takes a portion of the sale. Due to this, your sales may not generate enough profit margin to cover your costs.
Before starting to sell, do proper calculations on the possible profit margins, and include all of the supplier costs in the calculations.
Syncee has four plans, one free plan and three paid plans, ranging from $29 a month to $99 a month. For all of their paid plans, they have a 14-day free trial that can be canceled anytime.
The free plan is mainly for only browsing the products, as you can’t sync products into your online store with it. If you want to explore the platform, you will have access to all of the over six million products with the Free plan.
To get started with selling, you have to select the Basic plan ($29 a month), which allows you to add 25 products to your online store.
If you want to get access to the Premium and VIP products, which are the most useful, you have to select the Pro ($49 a month) or Business ($99 a month) plan.
If you pay annually, you will get a discount on the price, which is around 20%.
How do you get started with Syncee?
Getting started with Syncee is quite an easy process, and to make it even easier, we will go through the process step-by-step.
Let’s dive in!
1. Integrating Syncee into your online store
The first step to using Syncee is integrating it into your online store.
Syncee integrates with multiple different platforms, including Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce, and many more.
You can learn more about each option on Syncee’s website, under the Integrations tab.
Syncee’s integration with Shopify is the most popular out of all integrations, so we will go over how to set it up.
The easiest way to do this is to head into your Shopify admin dashboard. If you don’t have a Shopify account yet, now is a good time to create one (we have a guide for that).
On your top Search bar, type in ‘Syncee’ and click on ‘Search in the Shopify App Store.’
You will be directed to the Shopify App Store, where you should see Syncee right away.
Click on Syncee, and once you are on the company page, click on ‘Add app’ to add Syncee to your Shopify.
When clicking ‘Add app’, you should get automatically directed to Syncee, which leads us to the next step.
2. Signing up to Syncee
Upon signing up to Syncee, they ask you to pick a solution you’re most interested in.
Whether you want to browse the product selection, explore products directly from Alibaba, or find suppliers and bulk import products into your store, you can choose your preferences from here.
Don’t worry, this is not a final decision. Choosing your preferred option just helps Syncee understand better what you want.
Next, Syncee asks you to select one of their plans. You can skip this part if you don’t want to select a plan yet, and just want to browse and get familiar with the platform.
3. Search and add products to your online store
At this point, your integration should be ready, and you should have direct access to Syncee!
Your first view will be Syncee’s admin dashboard.
From the left sidebar, by going to ‘Marketplace’, you can start browsing the suppliers and the products. You can search by category, suppliers, and different filters.
If you find the product you’re looking for, click on ‘Add to catalog’ and the product will appear on your ‘My catalogs’ page.
By clicking on ‘Sync’, you can go through the process of adding the product to your Shopify store.
That’s easy to do, and after that, the product will be visible on your Shopify store, and you’re ready to sell!

One stand-out feature of Spocket is that they have a section of trending products, where you can find items that are already popular among other dropshippers. Syncee has it, but it has much fewer products in there.
Spocket has four plans to choose from Free, Starter, Pro, and Empire.
Similar to Syncee, the free plan is only for browsing products. If you want to sell the products, you have to select from one of the paid plans, which range from $29,99 to $99,99 a month.

If you’re a fan of Wix, Modalyst is a great option, as they just acquired it. Modalyst has easy integration with Wix as well as with other platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce if you prefer those.
Modalyst also has a great pricing system, allowing you to get started for free with a 25-product limit (that’s a good deal).
If you want a higher product limit or access to premium suppliers, you have to select one of the two paid plans, which are $35 a month or $95 a month.

If you’re looking for suppliers that ship from China and still have fast shipping and high-quality products, CJDropshipping is a great option.
Out of any option in this article, CJDropshipping has the largest selection of products. They are also praised for their great customer support, so if that’s a priority for you, CJDropshipping is an ideal option.
One cool feature of CJDropshipping is that if the product you want is unavailable in their catalog, you can fill out a source request, and the product might be added to the catalog.
