Description

A delicious and easy copycat version of Olive Garden’s Spinach Artichoke Dip, perfect for game nights and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach (can substitute frozen)
  • 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped small
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mayo (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (optional for texture)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until softened.
  3. Add sour cream, mayo, garlic, and onion powder; mix well.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
  5. Mix in most of the mozzarella and Parmesan, reserving some for topping.
  6. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbling and lightly browned.

Notes

Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before using. If using frozen spinach, drain well to avoid excess water.
