A delicious and easy copycat version of Olive Garden’s Spinach Artichoke Dip, perfect for game nights and casual gatherings.

- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach (can substitute frozen)
- 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped small
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Mayo (optional for creaminess)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (optional for texture)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until softened.
- Add sour cream, mayo, garlic, and onion powder; mix well.
- Stir in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Mix in most of the mozzarella and Parmesan, reserving some for topping.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbling and lightly browned.
Notes
Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before using. If using frozen spinach, drain well to avoid excess water.
