Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
