We talked Tom Pines, CRO and Co-Founder of Contentwareto learn more about this AI-powered solution.

Describe Contentware in one sentence or statement.

Using AI and your landing page, Contentware automatically creates an entire marketing campaign… in minutes.

How does Contentware use artificial intelligence in its products?

Contentware uses AI to create campaign content, aggregate and summarize content, and train proprietary algorithms.

What are the key marketing use cases for your AI-powered solutions?

An understaffed marketing department that needs to produce promotional content for events like conferences and webinars, as well as lead generation assets like white papers, articles, podcasts, and more.

What makes your AI-powered solution smarter than traditional approaches and products?

What makes our approach smarter than traditional is that we don’t need a traditional approach. Contentware automates the process of creating campaign emails, social media posts and ads, optimizing them for each channel and scheduling them for deployment.

Are there any minimum requirements for marketers to get value from your AI-powered technology? (eg data, list size, etc.)

The only requirement is that there must be a lead group asset or event requiring promotion.

Who are your ideal customers in terms of company size and industries?

The ideal customer for Contentware is typically small to medium-sized organizations and brands with a small marketing team. As far as the industry goes, it’s really a horizontal market of marketers running campaigns.

What do you see as the limitations of AI as it exists today?

Of course, there are limitations as we are in the very early stages of AI development. For the AIs we know, it is clear that AI should not be allowed without human cooperation and supervision. If this happens, somewhere along the line (and not too far) there will be a point of failure.

What do you see as the future potential of AI in marketing?

The future potential of AI will look different depending on where you stand.

For larger organizations and brands, AI will enable marketers to deliver personalized experiences that go beyond what is possible today. And they will do so with a dramatic increase in efficiency.

For medium and small organs, AI can be a great smoothing agent. Marketing departments that are short-staffed and/or overburdened will have tools like Contentware on hand that allow them to do a lot more with less. The question is when and how quickly individual organs will sink into artificial intelligence.

Any other thoughts on AI in marketing, or advice for marketers new to AI?

Get serious about starting early. The advances being made are breathtaking, and the earlier you dive in, design-wise, the further you’ll get.
