Description
A classic Italian spaghetti carbonara recipe made with creamy sauce, pancetta, and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 400g spaghetti
- 150g pancetta
- 100g parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Fry the pancetta in a pan until crispy.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the grated parmesan.
- Add garlic to the pan and sauté briefly.
- Drain the spaghetti and reserve some pasta water.
- Combine spaghetti with pancetta and garlic, remove from heat.
- Mix in the egg and cheese mixture quickly.
- Adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Serve immediately for best flavor. Optionally, garnish with additional parmesan.
