Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and granulated sugar in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat the saucepan over medium or medium-low heat, whisking frequently until warm but not boiling.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and whisk constantly until melted and smooth.
