Cream Cheese and Bacon Green Bean Casserole is a creamy side dish perfect for holiday meals.

- 15 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup French’s fried onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp real bacon bits
- 3 cups milk
- 2 oz Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 5 cups chopped frozen green beans
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1 cup French’s fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pour milk into large saucepan.
- Add onion soup mix to milk and stir well. Bring to a boil.
- Add cream cheese and reduce heat to medium. Stir until melted.
- Add frozen green beans and stir until coated.
- Add 1/2 cup bacon bits and 1 cup fried onions. Stir well and reduce heat to low.
- Crush Ritz crackers in a Ziploc bag.
- In a bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, 1 cup fried onions, and melted butter.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Dump green bean mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Spread topping mixture over green beans and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
- Bake until topping is just starting to brown, about 14-16 minutes.
- Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
