- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Gather and pat dry chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Create Pocket: Cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through.
- Fill Each Breast: Stuff each pocket with brie and cranberry sauce. Seal with toothpicks.
- Season and Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Bake to Finish: Transfer to a baking dish, top with garlic, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing and serving.
