Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Gather and pat dry chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Create Pocket: Cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through.
  3. Fill Each Breast: Stuff each pocket with brie and cranberry sauce. Seal with toothpicks.
  4. Season and Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Bake to Finish: Transfer to a baking dish, top with garlic, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing and serving.
