In the NCAA wrestling semifinals yesterday, Purdue University’s Matt Ramos surprised the crown by defeating top contender Spencer Lee of the University of Iowa. In the stands was Lee’s mother, Kathy Lee, who was so frustrated or disappointed that she ripped her glasses off her face and smashed them. Apparently, Kathie Lee was once an Olympic judo alternate, so glasses were out of the question. Here is a video of the massacre.
