Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
- Brush the herb mixture over the salmon.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and soy sauce; brush this glaze onto the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Ensure the salmon skin is down to prevent sticking. Check for doneness around the 15-minute mark to avoid overcooking.
