Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
  4. Brush the herb mixture over the salmon.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and soy sauce; brush this glaze onto the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
