Instructions
- Prepare the cookie base by preheating the oven and mixing cookie ingredients. Color with food dye, bake, and cool completely.
- For the cream layer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold in whipped cream, and spread over the cooled cookie base.
- Mix the pudding layer by whisking together pudding mix and milk until thickened, spreading it over the cream layer.
- Finish by drizzling melted white chocolate and topping with colored Cool Whip, peppermint crunch, and mint chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow layers to set.
